Tonight's bottom three were: Ace Young, Lisa Tucker, and Melissa McGhee.  At the end, Melissa was eliminated.

Ace Young went on first on a two-hour show.  His song selection and execution were also poor.  I wonder whether this guy will get any better than his early "Father Figure" performance.

Lisa Tucker sang a forgettable song in the middle of the show.  I also doubt that she has as many hardcore fans as the others.  I appreciate her good looks, and singing ability; but somehow I can understand why people wouldn't get too excited.  (I'd bet that one good song would turn all this around however.) ...Come to think of it: I think that Lisa is more likable than Paris.

Melissa McGhee's elimination wasn't all that surprising.  She messed up her lines twice on TV (once pre-recorded), and that may have given the impression that she wasn't taking the competition seriously.  It is too bad that she's leaving.  I really liked her look and her voice.  (In fact, I voted for her last night.)

Biggest surprise of the results' show was that Kevin Covais stayed out of the bottom-three.  I'd bet that he'll last a Long time.  I hope that all of the Brian "haters" out there will be able to control themselves if he makes it much farther.  (It is all just a formality up to Chris' "coronation", isn't it?)
