That gum you like is going to come back in style

Some time yesterday afternoon, I started thinking about "Twin Peaks". "Twin Peaks" probably has to be my favorite television series. It is funny, dreadful, mysterious, creepy, scary, poignant, and enigmatic, all at the same time!

Over the years I have spent a few days here and there watching the series from beginning to end. Each time I hope that it ends differently; but every time I watch, Cooper still ends up in the bathroom looking at Bob in the mirror. That still creeps me out!

In order to quench my thirst for Peaks, I have been searching around the internet to read various fansites. I've been reading various theories about: the lodges, the red room, Mike and Bob, the owls, UFOs, etc., as well as some of the "insider" and "behind the scenes" type information. I may have to check into whether that show will be on television again any time soon. I may want to watch a few episodes.

Any old "Twin Peaks" fans out there? Who is your favorite character (besides Cooper)? I've always liked Leo Johnson and Audrey Horn.

Bob certainly was scary, wasn't he? I think that if I were to meet the actor in person, I'd be afraid.

It was so cool!

What was the show that came out a while back with a similar pretense?

I recall a dancer in a club and an investigator living in a motel, and some old guy who ran the small town, and someone getting cremated, and a desert, I think it was set in Nevada.....

Was it Eerie, Nevada? Whatever it was, I never saw the show. Another scary series that I really liked was "American Gothic". Sheriff Black was pure evil!

My Car is named Audrey after Audrey Horne. That is to say.. I am also a twin peaks fan. I've always been frustrated that they never put out a DVD box set of season 2.

Save the Pine Weasel.

I liked Albert and Gordon Cole. I do miss the show, too.
