Hey there friends. Well, the results' show is over. Matthew the football player was eliminated. He left in a pretty classy fashion. Even though I didn't really care for him, I was a bit sad to see him go. Weird, huh?

Each week I am impressed at how the votes usually go toward eliminating the poorest singer of each individual night of the competition. This week's show is no exception. Camile and Matthew had two of the weaker songs. (Diana had the disadvantage of going on first. Clay got stuck with that first-position a couple of times last year too.)

What is interesting to me was that both contestants that I voted for ended-up in the bottom-three. My "voting finger" must be bad luck.

So what did we learn from tonight's show? We have learned that a few of the contestants have developed pretty strong fan-followings, and are almost immune to getting voted-off during the first-half of the series. I would say that Jon Peter, John Stevens, and Jasmine have that "immunity."

I have to say that I wanted this guy out. I don't know why. NOw I will have a hard time because I like everyoone else, personality wise. I hope Camille does better with her nerves.

Kelly, I agree with you about Camille. She is so young so I totally understand the nerves. She has an incredible voice though! I hope she gets far.

I wrote about it before.
Camile looks good on the pre-taped segments, but she looks ill on live TV.
I hope that she can get over that
