I know that I don't pay for this service, I know that JoeUser is maintained out of the goodness of some software developer's heart, I appreciate that I can find my articles on google, blah blah blah. . .

That said: I don't know of any personal blogging site that has as much down time as Joe User.  It is really frustrating when I have an article written and ready to post, and then JoeUser is down for a twelve hour span.
