Hello there my friends! I hope that all of you are having a happy weekend.

I just finished watching the day's sumo matches. Tomorrow's match between Tochiazuma and Asashoryuu will be awfully interesting. I am predicting here that Tochiazuma will win (even though I am a Asashoryuu fan.)

Anyway, this is what I looked like watching sumo tonight. It was fun!



Today I had an interesting day with my mother-in-law and my father-in-law. The first thing that we did was to drive to Sam's Club to buy some crab. (They have really good frozen crab there!) After that, we went to McDonald's (Kazuko's dad really wanted to see what McDonald's is like in America. *go figure...)

After lunch we visited a state park by my house, and we went to see the Mississippi River. It was too cold to enjoy any of the outdoor activities, but we went there anyway. After the river, we did a little shopping, then we came home. -We bought some Molson Canadian beer at the liquor store. Kazuko's mom and dad seem to like that one. That's good because that's my favorite too.

At home I cooked crab for everyone. While we were eating crab, we watched two hours of Iron Chef (on the Food Network -in English,) and we watched the day's sumo.

Tomorrow my father-in-law will be going back to Japan. I will drive him to the airport tomorrow morning. It seems like he had a happy time here with us in Minnesota. That makes me feel good. My mother-in-law will be here for three more weeks. It will be nice to have her here helping us out. I think that she's having an interesting time here in America too.
