There wasn't any mail on Friday.  That means that there was a whole mess of mail in the mailbox today.  Inside that mess was an envelope that I had been waiting for for a few weeks.

After seeing Nina Diva performing on "WB Superstar USA," I looked into whether she had a presence on the internet.  It turns out that she does.  On her website, she sells autographed 8x10s and three-song CDs.  Curiousity got the best of me, and I ordered the picture and the CD.

Here's what I got:

Cool, huh?  We listened to the CD too.

Something else that's cool around here is my tomatoes!  I have one fruit that's getting bigger and bigger.

One has all sorts of flowers on it that will soon grow into tomatoes.

(Sorry about the clarity on that last one.  That was the best that I could do.)  In general, the garden itself is going really well.  Plants are growing tall and strong.  I can hardly wait to eat some of the veggies that I'm growing!

Those tomato plants are lovely and I'm jealous. I'd be thinking fired green tomatos if they were mine. Thanks for sharing. Oh by the way, when my kids were young every movie I saw was at the drive-in. I grew to love those dusty, chaotic evenings.
