Hello there!

Tonight I decided to make a nice dinner for Kazuko and her mom. I made hamburgers with a green salad, and butter-fried corn. They turned out to be really yummy!

It is interesting how home-cooked hamburgers tend to taste so much better than those that are cooked at a restaurant. That's kind of a mystery because hamburgers aren't exactly complicated things to make. I suppose that's the way with most foods (home-cooked is better than restaurants...)

I had originally intended to cook the hamburgers outside today because the weather has become slightly warmer. (I love cooking-out!) Unfortunately however, the warmer weather brought with it some strong wind. I decided to stay indoors and fry the hamburgers on the stove.

Tomorrow is back-to-work. I will miss the time that I had been spending at home. It was so fun! I am always so happy to see Kazuko and Kenny. They're both doing well. Kazuko is learning how to be a mom, and Kenny is learning how to be a baby. It is pretty cool!

I hope that all those who read this will have a nice beginning-of-the-week.

Bye for now,

Jamie

Restaurant hamburger if often frozen for a long time before being used, which greatly reduces the flavor.

That's true.

You know, if you ever want to enjoy a real tasteless frozen burger, you should try a frozen turkey burger patty. They're about as flavorful as the box that they come in.
