Plus a mini-review of the new "Feedback" CD by Rush.

Hello there friends!  I hope that you're having a happy week.

This afternoon after I came back from work, I went to play on the computer.  As I was playing, I heard my wife say from the other room: "Hey... Kenny is crawling."

That was quite a surprise.  Until this afternoon he seemed like he was about to crawl, but it may be a while before he is able to.  Then in an instant he put it all together and was able to crawl around the room.

I grabbed the video camera to take a few pictures of his "new trick."  (We put the remote control on the floor so he would have something to crawl to. -He LOVES the remote control!)

He got the remote, then we took it away.  **poor Kenny!** Maybe someday we'll have to go to Goodwill to get him a keyboard and a remote control for him to play with.  They seem to be his two favorite things.

After watching Kenny crawl for a while, we went out for dinner and shopping (I got the new Rush CD.  I review it at the end of this article.)  Kenny got a bath once we got back.

After hearing Rush's version of "Summertime Blues" on the radio a few weeks ago, I decided to get their new CD as soon as it came out.  Today (June 29th) was the scheduled release date for their new CD entitled "Feedback."  I went to the music store to pick it up.

"Feedback" features eight tracks of 1960s cover songs which were said to have influenced the band during their childhood.

I really like what Rush did with a number of these songs.  They took a collection of songs that I had tired of about 15 years ago, and made them sound cool and exciting.  The best two tracks in my opinion are "Summertime blues," and "For what it's worth."

Good job Rush.

Not to highjack your blog some more..... But what size does he wear now? I work at marshall fields and they often have baby clothes on clearence that end up costing next to nothing with my discount . Got to keep my baby cousin well dressed!

I didn't get those clothes, but I don't think that I have seen my sister since the time that you said that you gave those clothes to her.

As of right now, we don't buy clothes for the baby that are smaller than 12-18 months.  18 months are a bit big for him now, but he seems to go through the sizes really quickly.
