Hello there friends!

I hope that you're all haviong a happy weekend. I am.

Today was Kazuko's birthday. We went to Saint Paul to have lunch at the Mirror of Korea restaurant. Kazuko ate Bi-Bim-Bop, I had Bul-go-gi (yakiniku,) and my mother-in-law had some sort of seafood soup. That was a nice lunch for all of us.

Besides lunch, we did a little shopping. We went to the Korean grocery store to get a little food and to rent some Japanese videos. We went to Starbucks to show Kenny to some of Kazuko's old coworkers, as well as buy a few souvenirs for Kazuko's mom to bring back to Japan. After that we went to the Rosedale Shopping Center to return some clothes. (I bought the newest Harry Potter book too!)

After all of that shopping, we went to pick up Kazuko's car from the mechanic, and we made one last stop at K-Mart.

At K-mart, Kazuko's mom bought us an early Christmas present. She bought us a Christmas tree. Once we got home, we ordered a pizza and set it up. I think that it looks really pretty. What really surprised me is that we bought a tree with a rotating stand. (When you turn it on, the tree revolves!)

Anyway, here is what the tree looks like. It is hard to make it look good in a picture, but I think that you can kind of get the feel of it. (For those of you who are planning to buy us ornaments for our tree: PLEASE DON'T! We don't need any. We intend to keep our tree simple.)

Here are a couple pictures of Kentaro that we took today. He is now 24 days-old. Isn't he cute!

The first picture is him in a shirt that I think looks cool on him.

In this picture, Kenny is doing his best to communicate with his grandmother.

Okay, that's it for today. Thanks for stopping by and reading. So long for now!

I really like your Christmas Tree. Mom gets to get a baby's first Christmas ornament for Kenny though
I love the red shirt on Kenny! I found out who called and left a message. It was one of the girls from Hermantown Girls night out. Have a happy day! Love Mom
