Last summer, FOX introduced a new show called "Quintuplets."  It did well enough in the ratings to earn itself a Wednesday night timeslot.

"Quintuplets" is a nice, charming show.  From the pilot episode, the show introduced identifiable and interesting characters (by sit-com standards.)  The characters even seem to have continued developing since the show began.

The star of the show (or at least the most famous name) is Andy Richter.

I really like Andy Richter.  He may be my favorite TV comic actor.  (I was a big fan of "Andy Richter Controls the Universe."  Too bad that didn't make it.  It had a chance to be the next "Drew Carey Show.")  One can notice his "touch" on some of the jokes on the "Quintuplets" series.  (The funnier ones...)

The sad thing about the show is by having such a large cast (Five quints, a mom, and a dad) Richter's talents are wasted due to lack of air-time.  I like Andy in the show, but it is too bad that it isn't a show about him.

I'll keep watching "Quintuplets," and see what Andy does next.
