Hi there everyone!
I hope that all of you are having a nice Saturday. Kazuko and I had some fun. After relaxing all day, we brought out the "Dance Dance Revolution" game. We danced for about an hour. It is really good exercize.
We haven't played DDR in quite some time. When we lived in an apartment, our playing time was a bit limited as we had downstairs-neighbors. Once we moved into a house, we finally had the freedom to play the game, but Kazuko was pregnant.
Now that it seems that Kazuko has recovered from her pregnancy, we are once again able to play the game on a frequent-basis. I hope that I can keep it up. I am looking for ways to get myself some more exercize, and this looks like a good place to start. I feel so good afterwards!
This is Kazuko, dancing to a song on the "Dance Dance Revolution" game." She is really good at it.
On a different note: I watched the movie: "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" today. (Believe it or not, I hadn't seen it until now!) I really enjoyed watching the movie. I was a little confused at the beginning, because I wasn't sure where the story had been at that point. Fortunately I was able to catch-up before too long. By the time the movie was over, I still wanted to see more.
What I really enjoyed about the movie was the Treants. (Or is it Tree-ents?) In the book, I recall being pretty bored whenever those characters were in there. In the movie, I found them quite captivating. It has been about eight years since I had read "The Lord of the Rings" series. Since I am done with reading Harry Potter, I wonder if I should give LOTR another go-through. I need something to read at night!
I am currently debating: LOTR or the Ian Fleming James Bond books...
Speaking of books that I've read: The Harry Potter series sure has been good up to now, hasn't it? I can hardly wait for the next book to come out! The author of the book is so good at surprising the reader without making the surprises either too outrageous, or too predictable. (I wish that more suspense writers were so good.) Her characters are also fantastic. Even though I am done with the book, I am still angry at how mean Professor Umbridge is. What a mean lady!
Sorry about the lack of cohesion in today's blog entry. That's just what's on my mind.
