Hi there.
I hope that everyone had a good beginning of the work week. I survived my first day back. I was especially pleased today with some dialogue from some plays that I am acting and recording with the kids at school. Bringing a video camera into class seems motivating for the kids. (We're doing plays about an Indian legend about how the sky got to be so far up, and one about a giant who steals crops from a family in Chile.)
After I got home, I enjoyed some nice shrimp curry for dinner. While eating the curry, I was able to watch today's sumo matches. I am especially interested in watching a new upper-division wrestler from the country of Georgia. The wrestler's name is Kokkai, which means "Black Sea." That is a really clever name for a guy who comes from Georgia, since Georgia is located on the Black Sea. The name "Black Sea" also conforms to the traditions of choosing a wrestler's name. (Words like: mountain, island, sea, ocean, etc. are typical when choosing a "ring name.")
After dinner and sumo, I am keeping a promise to myself to add more pictures of Kenny to this weblog. Now that I am (nearly) done with that, I will now try to do a little bit of dancing (on Dance Dance Revolution.) My first song tonight will be "Butterfly." That was one of the last songs that I did last night and I was barely able to get through with it (I did though.) "Butterfly" is one of the more complicated songs in my repertoire. We'll start with that one tonight, because I am fresh at the beginning.
I suppose that is all for me today. Have a happy day!
And for those of you who visit this site for the baby pictures, here they are:
