I have a cold.  I have the stuffed-up nose, the sneezing, and a general ill feeling.  Not too severe to keep me home, but just bad enough to make me miserable.

I suppose that as an elementary school teacher, these things are inevitable this time of year.  I hear sniffles, sneezes, and coughs all day long this time of year. (How many times per day do I have to say, "Please cover your mouth."?)

So I have been taking my medicine, eating my clementines ("Mikan" in Japanese), blowing my nose, and drinking "Tiovita Gold."

Tiovita Gold is a Japanese energy drink.  (Similar to Red Bull.)  It is packed with vitamins, sugar, and caffeine to help the tired salaryman make it through another grueling work day.  It is just enough to get me going too.

Kids are so full of germs! I just completed my student teaching and boy did I have one heck of a cold right before the end. It took me about two weeks to get rid of it!
