Last weekend, our clothes dryer broke. My wife put a load of wet clothes in there, then nothing. How sad.
Since I am incompetent at fixing basically anything, I am waiting for my dad to help me get it running again. Let's hope that it works!
In the meantime, Kazuko and I are enjoying the posh convenience of the "Monticello Laundromat." I am not kidding either, that place is pretty nice. The store is clean, and the machines are relatively inexpensive and efficient. There are individual cubicles with personalized lighting and mini TV sets (free.)
There is also a little playhouse in one of the corners for the baby to play in.
I am impressed with my city's laundromat.
My wife just e-mailed me a picture. Apparently Kenny likes to take various items of clothing, and cram them into the "pop hole" of the vending machine. (He is pretty obsessed with putting things in and taking things out of various containers.)
Here is Kenny putting my underwear (clean) into the Pepsi machine.
