Hello there my friends!

Here I am back at the library. I took my computer into the repair shop yesterday morning. They said that they'll call me when they get to it. (I imagine that I will have it back and running within a week.) It will certainly be nice to have that thing working again! As soon as I get it up, I will post pictures of baby Kentaro on this page.

Speaking of Kenny, he is doing well. He is eating every two hours. He seems to be a very happy baby. He doesn't scream or cry much. He is just happy to eat, sleep, and cuddle. I am especially happy that he has been getting to sleep in my bed at night sometimes. He usually rests for two hours between feedings, so I get to cuddle with him between one or two feedings per night.

I can hardly wait to get his pictures in here. He is pretty cute. He has a lot of dark brown/ black hair.

Kazuko is doing well. She is walking around now. We walked to the nursery in the hospital this morning to see three new babies that were born today. I think that she and the baby will be coming home from the hospital tomorrow. I am confident that she will be able to move around the house as much as she needs to. Kenny should do fine too.

Tonight my parents will be coming to stay at our house. They're driving down from Duluth. Tomorrow morning I will go to the airport to pick up Kazuko's parents. -I will have to clean out my car before then! I hope that jet-lag isn't too tough on them. It will be nice to have so many people around to help us care for little Kentaro. He'll have lots of love.

I suppose I will run home and take care of the pets now. Hamsters and hedgehogs need their food. Bird needs some time out of the cage. I would also like to shave and take a shower. Maybe floss too...

I am surprised at how the Kyushuu-basho sumo tournament is going. Musashimaru has already lost three times. It doesn't seem as if he is healthy enough to compete at the level that he used to.

Kazuko and I are really enjoying watching Asashoryuu's matches. Kazuko really likes him! The way he carries himself, he reminds me of Takanohana.

My favorite guy, Kyokushuzan is doing really well. He hasn't lost yet. My other favorite guy, Takanonami isn't doing so well. I am always so happy when there is a grand sumo tournament. I like sumo!

What I have been doing is recording the matches during the day, running home, and watching the video of the day's sumo in the hospital room with Kazuko. They put the videotape in a machine so that everyone in the hospital can see it on channel 36. I wonder if anyone else in the hospital has watched sumo with us.

I think it's so great that you were able to watch sumo at the hospital! I can just imagine some other folks tuning in to Channel 36 to watch it.

Congratulations on your baby! He really is the most beautiful little thing.
