Hello there friends!

I hope that all of you had a nice Tuesday. My day went by really quickly. The kids at school were good. They got a lot of work done, the seemed to have learned a few things, and I went home happy. They're such angels (in general...)

Coming home, I took a few pictures with Kenny. After all of that, I did a quick shovel of my driveway. (I don't have to take a running start to get my car into and out of my driveway like I did this morning and this afternoon.) After shoveling, Kazuko and I took Kenny for a nice dinner at the China Buffet, and then we went shopping at Cub Foods.

Of course we had to make it home in time for American Idol. Tonight's episode was exciting! There were some eliminations. I enjoy the way that the show is set-up to maximize the emotions of the viewers. Their editing crew is definitely top-notch!

I have already made a few favorites:
The pen guy, the guy who looks like Christian Slater (but sings like Clay,) the scooter girl, the girl with the bright-red dyed hair (cute,) Mr. XXX XXX IV (sorry to whomever it was who said his name in an earlier "comments" section,) and the football player.

They're already making villians in the show too:
Model guy (I am sure that he appeals to some demographic, but he gives me the heebie-jeebies!), bikini-girl, and the girl who accused Simon of being gay(I am surprised that she didn't get booted.)

That one blonde-haired girl with the attitude and the Brittany Spears hat (chosen by Randy only) will sure have a tough time living-down her acrimonious performance once being eliminated. She went out of her way to offend a lot of people during her time on camera. Poor stuck-up sixteen-year-old. I am sure a lot of people enjoyed seeing her stumble tonight. (Frankly, I thought that she may have some mainstream appeal...)

Of course I was sad at the end. I felt like a toddler at the end of watching "Barney and Friends," or the "Teletubbies." I cried when it was over because I wanted more. I have to wait all the way until tomorrow night! I hope that I don't burn up with anticipation before then!

Anyway, here's my pictures from today. Have fun.

I just came home from work in these two pictures. Kenny and I posed for a few shots before I went outside to shovel snow.

After our set, we put Kenny down in the crib. We got some good reaction shots of him enjoying his mobile.

I love the funny face close up and the feet up in the air shots! He is sooo cute! What a cute outfit too. They are coming out with a lot more cute stuff for boys these days.

On American Idol, I agree totally with everything you said. Ms yodeling 16yr old never heard of the merits of losing gracefully apparently. Burning bridges is another lesson a few of those people should learn. I really thought they should have booted the girl that was so disrespectful. I don't know why they kept Alan the ab guy who spent the evening in the pool with the Lisa (another I can't understand why they kept). It is sooo great! I have to talk to you about it because my hubby doesn't understand my interest at all. I actually feel nervous for these people! Am I nuts?!
