April is here. Spring has sprung. The trees are budding. The birds have returned. That means that it is once again time to put up our Koinibori (Japanese carp streamers to celebrate childrens' day.) I put up our koinobori pole on Sunday.

Last night my wife and I took the baby to an authentic Mexican restaurant in a city named Buffalo. My wife had tamales and flautas. I had taquitos. Baby Kenny enjoyed the Mexican food too (except the refried beans!) Kenny ate lots of corn chips, his Mexican rice, and a taco. That was the biggest dinner that I've seen him eat in a while. After being sick, his appetite has returned with a vengeance.
