One of the day's top articles was written by a fellow who calls himself "JeremyG." In JeremyG's article, "The Quest for the Top Begins," the author bemoans falling out of the top-ten most popular blog sites.
In his weblog entry, JeremyG gives his opinion on the top-ten weblogs on the site. Mine -being number four- was not exempt from critique. I don't think that that guy appreciates my weblog. Apparently he sees it as being boring, uninspired, and simple. It is quite possible that the musings on the life of a suburbanite may not be everyone's cup of tea.
I suppose that's okay. I like to have my weblog mentioned on the day's most-viewed site. It'll send more readers my way. The comments related to JeremyG's article have been an interesting read as well. I am certainly more interested in the life of the JoeUser virtual-community than I have ever been.
All of this however has gotten me to think. Maybe I will "spice it up" occasionally.
Nah... I'll stay the course.
