plus my favorite morning radio show gets the axe.

This morning one of my co-workers asked me whether I had gotten a job at Target.  It took me a second, but then I realized that I am wearing the familiar red-tan combo that Target employees wear at work.

I am ready for Target.

In more disappointing news, Twin Cities' AM 1220 is going through a format change.  The station is going from talk, to adult standards.  This format change means that I will be once again losing access to my favorite morning drive show, hosted by Bob Yates.

I've already changed the preset channels in my car, but I still don't know what I'll listen to while I drive to work from now on.  Maybe I'll just put in a CD...

The good news is that Bob (and his partner Kel) will be launching a subscription webstream/ podcast in the near future.  I'll have to look into getting that.  Of course then I'll have to look into getting a CD burner (they're probably not THAT expensive), or one of those ipods (which I still can't distinguish from an mp3 player.)

Let's see what eBay has...
